Not happy Purchased my 2016 Kia Sedona SXL at the end of May 2016. I thought I was buying a "new" car, but after I got home noticed that I had over 4000 miles o Purchased my 2016 Kia Sedona SXL at the end of May 2016. I thought I was buying a "new" car, but after I got home noticed that I had over 4000 miles on the vehicle. Before we left the dealership, Joe Lehne, our sales rep showed us all of the features of the car. He did a great job, was friendly and knowledgeable. When we got to the GPS Navigation system it did not work. Found that someone took the SD card out of the unit. He told us to bring it back the beginning of next week they would fix it. My wife took it in and they couldn't fix it - wrong VIN number associated with the SD. Brought the car back a few days later to have the GPS fixed per their advice. Could not get to work. They ordered a new SD card. About 8 days later unit fixed. Brought car home and started playing with the GPS to load addresses into the unit. Tried to add addresses for my kids in Imperial and Herculaneum, Missouri - GPS can't find the addresses. Tried adding addresses for friends in the city of St. Louis, works fine. Seem's like you always have to wait to get someone to call you. If you're planning to buy a Kia Sedona and if it has navigation in it, but doesn't work - Run as fast as you can. They are a great dealership when you haven't paid for the vehicle but after they receive the check the problems begin. More

I always feel I love bringing my Kia Forte to Lou Fusz for warranty work or oil changes. It's the most enjoyable experience I've had at the mechanic. I always feel as though I'm in good hands with Andy, my service manager. And you can't find a more comfortable waiting room with a selection of beverages and nice chairs to relax in while watching TV and waiting for your vehicle. I bring my Kia here all the way from South St. Louis because I prefer not to use the Kia dealership that is closer to my house. I trust Lou Fusz. More
