At Lou Fusz, multi-point inspection was stated to be done and the invoice was vague. The invoice total actually varied from what I paid. At the other Kia service center, a video of the vehicle check is provided, as well as multi-point checklist, and invoices were more detailed. Overall though, Lou Fusz has good friendly staff and a comfortable customer waiting area. More
