We recently took our van in for an oil change and trip check. When we returned from our trip, our car was leaking oil. We took the van in and it was the exact same issue which had been repaired less than 12 months ago. We were told we were out of warranty by 750 miles. The part only costs $20 at AutoZone and has a lifetime warranty. The dealer wanted full payment for the repair-another $750. They finally gave us a small discount. We will not be using dealer service again. They try to upsell and rip off the customers. Unbelievable they do not take responsibility for a part and service less than a year old. There was no mention of the issue during the trip check or oil change. Use a local mechanic you can trust, not a corporate mechanic who is trying to make a buck. More

A busy day for Monday so I set my call for a little after 7am Monday hoping to get in first thing. Chris handled as a travel necessity issue and scheduled me immediately. Tracey at the collision center was so helpful. She walked me through my insurance claim process and I really appreciated that. I had no idea how to start the process of getting my vehicle repaired. And now m me through my insurance claim process and I really appreciated that. I had no idea how to start the process of getting my vehicle repaired. And now my car looks beautiful again. Sam at the collision center is so helpful. He took the time to check over an issue we were having. And right down to the car wash and interior cleaning of my vehicle (my favorite part).
