overpriced This place is a money pit every time I come in. I receive "coupons" in my email every few months to remind me of my oil change. They send out the same This place is a money pit every time I come in. I receive "coupons" in my email every few months to remind me of my oil change. They send out the same coupon for a $45 oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, and genuine Kia oil filter replacement. Yet every time I'm still paying double that for an oil change after I stated I only want what is on the coupon done to my vehicle. Why send out coupons if you don't honor them. When its time to pay I'm told they can only take $20 off which is still overpriced. Will not be returning to this location. More

Always a good experience Kia's service center always has friendly people, and they let me know any maintenance issues that my car needs addressed without being overly pushy a Kia's service center always has friendly people, and they let me know any maintenance issues that my car needs addressed without being overly pushy about having them do it that day. Sometimes there are things my husband can do himself, and it's good to get the heads up that there's an issue. Sometimes it's easier to let Lou Fusz Kia handle it that day while I'm there, so my husband doesn't have to mess with it. Also, the comfortable waiting area, free wifi, snacks, and drinks make my wait pleasant. More
