Would be nice to have some type of communication on progress of car instead of being passed around to other entities. Have asked numerous time for updates with no answer from service center. I had a loaner vehicle picked up on January 27th and had inadvertently left my garage door open in the vehicle. I never received a call that they had the garage door opener when they got the car back. I'm s inadvertently left my garage door open in the vehicle. I never received a call that they had the garage door opener when they got the car back. I'm sure they check the car out when it gets back to the department. I finally realized it at 5:30 that evening. I called and was transferred by the clerk to the service department. No answer, so I called back and she tried again, no answer. The third time she said she'd go check and call me back and that never happened either. So I hurried to get there, it was a 25 minute drive and they closed in less than a half hour. In that time I never got a call to reassure me they had my opener. When I got there, only 2 people were there and they were just hanging around talking, no one else around. Not sure why they wouldn't have had time to answer the phone or call me back, but no they hadn't done that! They reached to the back counter and grabbed my opener and handed it to me when I asked if they had it. I'd say they believed I was on my way, even though I was not sure they even had the opener. I am so tired of rude and inconsiderate people and these two were both rude and inconsiderate as I picked up the opener. It is too bad that Mazda believes in hiring these types of employees at this dealership. As you owe me another oil change I will be going to another Mazda dealer and hopefully they will be more considerate. I'm not very hopeful or sure that is a possibility for Mazda. Too bad because I don't mind the car and am comfortable in the car. Though my process in buying it and now this has been way below par. More
