I purchased my 2024 CX 50 at a dealership out of state. My warranty is supposed to be covered at any Mazda dealership. I brought in in for my first required maintenance and they charged me. They told me that you do not honor the water if purchased from another dealer. This is frustrating because I did explain this when I set the appointment. Not trustworthy, I was offered a price over the phone which was approved by a manager. Went in to pick up the vehicle (with a check in hand) and a different manager suddenly appeared and refused to honor which was approved by a manager.
