I had trouble with my navigation/ entertainment system. It was under warranty. They did everything they could to fix the problem. In the end, I had to go to SAMSUNG, to fix the problem. I drove in to get an oil change without an appointment and my timing was perfect. They wrote the service order and in less than 40 minutes I was driving away with a clean crankcase of oil and a new filter and my timing was perfect.
