My vehicle is still making noise more than ever and now the 4th time getting it looked at and told things are as tight as they can be and the fact that I have 87,000 miles. When told this I was very disappointed as I was reassured that Mazda’s last a long time especially with the upkeep and only going to the dealer for absolutely everything it has needed and or required. (For the last time it sounds like the axel is having rattling noises and this must be taken care of weather it’s at a different dealership who can find the problem) I haven’t filled this out before now about my last visit as I’m so beyond disappointed as my change holder also in my middle console was stolen when I brought it in for this exact issue, along with breaks etc. More

I was having a problem with my car The heat signal kept coming on We called them and explained the problem. They told to bring it in. Jon said he will have them check it out. Love this dealership. They did the recall work, finished on time and washed my vehicle. I had an indicator light that was flashing and it turned out to be a simple fix. No charge!! Average service like most dealerships. They do offer the convenience of a loaner car but again, nothing exceptional about that. Turned down 15k mile services since I really only needed the oil change and ca convenience of a loaner car but again, nothing exceptional about that. Car still makes the same noise as I didn’t drive my car for a few days after getting it back from the shop, still has this exact same issue and to be honest I was told my car is fine and this is what happe for a few days after getting it back from the shop, still has this exact same issue and to be honest I was told my car is fine and this is what happens when you have a car around mine at 86,000 miles. As thats no excuse for anyone as everything has always been done in/at Mazda Lou Fuse!!!!! I pray to god this gets fixed and I don’t have to find a different dealership to actually fix this issue. Lou Fusz Mazda sold me a new car in 2017. During the financing I purchased a GAP insurance policy from Ally Financial through the dealership for $650. In January of 2019 I refinanced the vehicle to lowe financing I purchased a GAP insurance policy from Ally Financial through the dealership for $650. In January of 2019 I refinanced the vehicle to lower the interest rate. In February of 2019 Ally Financial electronically transferred $517 as a refund for the unused coverage to a Lou Fusz Mazda account. I recently discovered this and contacted the finance manager of the dealership to ask for the refund. She looked up and verified the transfer and emailed her accountant copying me. He emailed me asking my mailing address so a check could be mailed to me. After a week I contacted him. He emailed me that after transferring the money to Lou Fusz Mazda Ally somehow took the money back. He said in the email that Ally Financial actually owed me the refund. I contacted Ally Financial only to find out this was not true. Now my emails and calls to the dealership are not being returned. Clearly Lou Fusz Mazda has no intention of refunding the money that they legally owe me. Based on these dishonest business practices I will no longer get my Mazda serviced at this dealership and I will never purchase a vehicle at a Lou Fusz dealership again. More
