Dismal service, especially by the lady with the light blue eyes. Shawn is great and Matt the tech is truly sincere. But experience was negative as i felt lied to and dismissive. We have bought 6 cars from Lou Fuse and all we are asking is for the job to be done correctly and not have to keep coming in for the same issues, (long time running)!!!! I don’t know if you all need me to go to a different dealership due to y’all can’t figure it out when I bought our Mazda3 and it’s never been anywhere else.
