Generally good,but extremely poor this visit. Brought my Mazda 3 to this dealer on 7/29/19 with rather loud grinding noise coming from rear brakes. Good service! I had to make an emergency visit after I discovered the clicking noise as I drove was from a large screw embedded in my tire. The Mazda service center I had to make an emergency visit after I discovered the clicking noise as I drove was from a large screw embedded in my tire. The Mazda service center took care of the tire while I had a snack in their new waiting area. I was on the road in about an hour, with a cleaned car and a patched tire that didn't cost me much. More

From Bruce (who retired) to now Shawn and John (both awesome!), my experiences have been excellent. I particularly appreciate the loaner car program and the ease of scheduling service appointments - either online or via phone. If you have a Mazda, strongly consider taking it here for service (even if you did not buy it here). I am currently driving my third new car from Lou Fusz Mazda, and have always been happy with the team and work done! More
