Honesty and courtesy Had some noise coming from the front brakes at slow speed breaking and thought it was going to be big dollars. When he returned, he told me there was a hot spot on the pad, but I really didn’t need new pads yet. He recommended I not do anything and sent me off free of charge. All done with a smile.
