We have been shopping around for a compact suv to lease for a second vehicle. Stopped in Saturday afternoon at Lou Fusz Mazda just to look at what was available. We ended up leasing a CX5. Why? Great vehicle that fit our needs perfectly. Great looking modern dealership, we were greeted warmly as soon as we entered. But the main reason they got our business was our salesman Shawn Lane. He was courteous, friendly, no pressure whatsoever, answered all questions to our satisfaction. We have never done business with Lou Fusz but after the experience with Shawn Saturday, we most likely will be back in the future. More

However, one salesperson stood out amongst the rest. While it took me a couple months to research and narrow down exactly which unit I wanted, Nancy was patient with me and welcomed me into the dealership with open arms. The car buying process was completely new to me, but Nancy guided me through it with ease. She's a no hassle, no pressure salesperson. If you give an offer that she can do, she will. If she can't, she'll tell you. Plus, she's a HOOT! My mom and I absolutely loved talking with her. Tony in finance was excellent as well. He was personable and professional— and didn't drag out the process! As far as the car, my Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve is incredible. Best Service Around I stumbled upon Lou Fusz Mazda by accident years ago. I needed an oil change for my 2010 Mazda 6 and they had an opening. Everyone from the first person I met was genuinely polite, extremely helpful and friendly. Ever since then, I kept coming back and the service (no matter who I came in contact with) remains impeccable! Last year, my car was showing signs of old age. I walked into Lou Fusz and ordered the service needed. They put me in a brand new rental and said they’d call me when my car was ready for pick up. My kids and I fell head over heels for the new car. After picking up my car, I decided to return for a test dry. To my amazement, my boys and I drove off the lot with a 2017 Mazda 6...just like the rental. I was, needless to say, elated! Zach, Chuck and the Finance Guru became my new best friends! I continue to rave about my experience at Lou Fusz Mazda to everyone who will listen. Therefore, when my daughter came to the point when she needed her own transportation I spoke of no other place than here! I brought her in and said just take a look. She agreed and drove off the lot in a 2013 Mazda CX-5. Zach (my new best friend), worked directly with us and Tony (my newest best friend) worked tirelessly to get the best rate for her. Honesty and courtesy Had some noise coming from the front brakes at slow speed breaking and thought it was going to be big dollars. When he returned, he told me there was a hot spot on the pad, but I really didn’t need new pads yet. He recommended I not do anything and sent me off free of charge. All done with a smile. Tire 'issue' I called because tire kept losing air; was told to bring car in whenever I could; issue (nail in tire) was resolved immediately and reasonably.
