Kind and courteous staff but service is impossible. As for the car, I have been in the service department twice in my '24 CPO Mazda 3 with an un-fixed highway vibration issue. I have less than 5k miles As for the car, I have been in the service department twice in my '24 CPO Mazda 3 with an un-fixed highway vibration issue. I have less than 5k miles on the vehicle and I have to get a loaner for them to look at the car at my next, third service appointment. I was told the car had a rigorous 160 point inspection completed with 0 issues noted when it was sold to me. Now, I bear the responsibility of getting it fixed after the fact. Sales and service department are great, but the dealership could re-evaluate the level of quality control for people spending $30k+ on Certified vehicles. 01/06/25 - Still no repairs from Mazda. Called several times and "can't get a loaner at this time". More
