Friendly Service, long wait. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I figured with an appointment, I should be in/out in under an hour. It was nearly 2 hour I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I figured with an appointment, I should be in/out in under an hour. It was nearly 2 hours before I finally left the dealership. That seems like an eternity for an oil change and tire rotation. At least as compared to other service locations. If I didn’t have to get my oil changes here, I’d def go elsewhere. On a brighter note, the staff was very friendly and accommodating during my stay there. More

Low tire problem I had a low tire which kept losing air. I would fill it and it would not stay filled. Very annoying and frustrating. The New Lou Fusz Mazda Service Center I was very impressed with the new Lou Fusz Service Center. Julie Reichert was my service representative. I have been working with Julie since I bought I was very impressed with the new Lou Fusz Service Center. Julie Reichert was my service representative. I have been working with Julie since I bought my 2007 Nissan Maxima in September, 2007, when you had the Nissan dealership. Julie has been wonderful for these past almost 12 years. She has been there whenever I have had a need for a repair or just routine maintenance for my Maxima. I was very happy with the price for my 165,000 mile maintenance as well as the thorough work done on my car. The new waiting room is very comfortable, and the wait for my car to be finished was not bad at all. More
