Quick oil change I registered online for an oil change and even though they were very busy, the oil change was performed on-time. The service center was in a differen I registered online for an oil change and even though they were very busy, the oil change was performed on-time. The service center was in a different place because of construction and I parked a bit far from the the service center. An employee moved my car for me! The only thing that seemed to be missing because of service center's temporary location was the inspection of fluids etc. that usually comes with an oil change. However, I really appreciate their quickness and their respect for me and for my car and I will keep coming back! More

More service needs I have had my car for 1 yr and 3 months. Since then I have had to come out of pocket for 2 different services. First was electrical, and second was my I have had my car for 1 yr and 3 months. Since then I have had to come out of pocket for 2 different services. First was electrical, and second was my springs on my trunk went out. It's a 2014. I didn't except to come out of pocket so soon with a warranty and extended warranty. That's not good in my opinion. But the service is always good and John always takes care of me! More

Mazda 3 - Tire Pressure Sensor Disaster In early 2018, I took my car in to get an oil change and to get a tire pressure sensor replaced. My tire light had been on for months due to faulty se In early 2018, I took my car in to get an oil change and to get a tire pressure sensor replaced. My tire light had been on for months due to faulty sensor and I thought that it would be better to have the dealer fix it, rather than a random shop. This was a mistake. After my sensor was replaced, I started having to fill up my tire about once every 3-4 weeks on the tire with the new sensor. I lived with this for a while, but wanted to get it checked on so I brought it in for another look. Additionally, I wanted to get an oil change. So I dropped my car off around 8am for the sensor check and the oil change. Then we went across the street to shop for a new Subaru at Lou Fusz Subaru. This obviously took a while, but at some point, I did get a call saying my car was ready. We went over there to pick up the car and no one had looked at the tire sensor. So I had to remind the crew to do that and then, of course, I had to leave my car again. Fortunately, car buying does take a long time so we just went back over to the Subaru shop to finish up the purchase. I was told that my car would be brought over when the sensor was checked out. A replacement was required and I ended up waiting at the Subaru shop 10-15 minutes after we were done with the purchase of a new vehicle when it was well after dark. Also, when I got home, I noticed that my rear license plate was pretty much bent in half. So, obviously, this was not an awesome experience. To make it worse, though, the tire has needed air TWICE since this service took place. The team was very friendly and accommodating, but the service itself was atrocious. More

Choppy Service This Time Around Have been using Fusz Mazda for over twenty years for this type of maintenance and never had a problem. Made an appointment a week in advance for a ti Have been using Fusz Mazda for over twenty years for this type of maintenance and never had a problem. Made an appointment a week in advance for a timing belt and water pump change and for whatever reason they didn't have the water pump on hand on the date of the service so it couldn't be completed on day one. Since it took a day to get the water pump, the work wasn't completed until late on day two. Returned the loaner on day three and picked up my car. The car almost immediately had a loud squeal when starting cold. Had to return the car back to Fusz at which time they changed the drive belt(s) free of charge. No problem since and I anticipate to further problems. Despite the choppiness of this visit, I can not say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of Joshua Hinson, the service advisor. He was in no way responsible for setting up the original appointment and the subsequent water pump screw-up, but was left with dealing with a less than happy customer and did so excellently. More
