Service Review My experience with the service center was both good and bad. I like the fact that they worked with me and my warranty but it was a fight. I had to cal My experience with the service center was both good and bad. I like the fact that they worked with me and my warranty but it was a fight. I had to call other dealers to get the help needed to make Lou Fusz do it’s part and also to get the warranty people to do their part. It took almost 3 months for my car to get fixed. A lot of times I was left out the loop, had to leave several messages to finally get a call back and now that I have my car, I feel that there is a lot of small “nicks” to my front end and paint job. I feel that because I had the warranty, I was not respected the same a full paying customer or maybe it has more to do with the demographics of the area and the shop versus me. More

Going the extra mile An LED light strip went out in our passenger side head light. We were barely out of warranty. To fix the LED light strip we would have had to replace An LED light strip went out in our passenger side head light. We were barely out of warranty. To fix the LED light strip we would have had to replace the entire headlight assembly. The Dealership (I don’t recall the service prrson’s name. I believe it was Donna.) went to regional manager to get approval replacing the LED lights at no cost to us. She also made sure we had a loaner for the time our Mazda was in for Service. More

Excellent Customer Service I took my car in due to a problem with the transaxle. They immediately offered a loaner car; I didn’t even have to ask. I was initially frustrated whe I took my car in due to a problem with the transaxle. They immediately offered a loaner car; I didn’t even have to ask. I was initially frustrated when the problem arose because we had just had the axles replaced two months prior by the dealership. They quickly diagnosed the problem and took responsibility for their mistake. I realize everyone makes mistakes and appreciated them owning it and quickly making it right. If you’re interested, sealing came loose around the transaxle causing transmission fluid to leak. They not only fixed the problem but gave me a free oil change. Couldn’t be happier with Lou Fusz and would recommend them to anyone. More
