The sales manager walked up to my husband, shook his hand and ignored me. I was there to buy a car for myself. It’s 2024. You guys still ignore women? Then the sales guy (not Brett) who did our paperwork implied I was like all the other “greedy customers” when I inquired about the marketing swag. I was assumed the swag was for customers (?) I bought a brand new car that wasn’t washed or cleaned out. I have sticker residue from pulling off the dealer stickers from the windshield myself. I was informed I could bring the car back sometime and they’d take care of washing it, but it’s not worth the gas or time it would take to drive back there and wait. It should have been done during the hour or so it took to fill out paperwork. They did have time to put the Lou Fuse advertising sticker on my car though. All in all, the experience left me feeling belittled. This is my first time buying a brand new car. I think about that experience every time I get in my new car and it makes me want to sell it off so I can put it behind me. More

I had an amazing experience at Lou Fusz Mazda when I was in for service. I was greeted right away and they were able to get me in and out quicker than expected. I couldn’t ask for anything more!
