Complete Idiots My digital clock is fading from my 2015 Mazda Miata. I took it to Lou Fusz for warranty repair of which I purchased with the vehicle. They kept it for My digital clock is fading from my 2015 Mazda Miata. I took it to Lou Fusz for warranty repair of which I purchased with the vehicle. They kept it for a week. Then called me and said it’s done come get it. I drive 40 min. Drive away. Look down and is it not only not fixed but actually worse. I turn around and drive back. I pull up and the guy actually knows they didn’t fix it but felt no need to tell me when they called me to come get it or when I was standing right there that. They could not fix it. They told me to turn my head to see it. Excuse me. I don’t think so. I lost my mind and told them to order a new radio. I paid for a warranty. I was not accepting that. They call me and say Mazda approved the radio and scheduled me back. Now my husband drives it over 40 min. He gets there and they say Mazda did not approve the radio. The numbers fading is normal. Why would you have us drive over again. Just to say no we’re not fixing it. I’m livid with Lou Fusz incompetence. This whole situation has been handled wrong from the first call saying it was fixed. A few free oil changes do not make up for this. After 3 trips for your service or no service. I paid Best Buy to replace the radio that I paid you for a extended warranty for. Complete idiots. No confidence in your ability and your customer service More
