Dishonest and hide information Drove 3 hours to look at a "perfect" BMW and go there and there was hail damage and fine scratches all over the place. The dealer that I worked with wasn't even there to deal with me in person. After picking out all the problems that they failed to mention to me before I made the 3 hour trip, they still wouldn't budge on price. They said it had all the highest trim features, which it didn't, so of course they're going to see an unfair blue book price. They did have a few helpful salesman to help me and answered questions for me. The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star, is because of the other members on the sales team. I'd recommend not going through the same salesman. Knowingly hid information from me. More

Excellent personnel. Friendly, accurate, timely. I dealt with Bailey, Cashier, several times in a week. Twice I received loaner cars. Second time around I accidentally left some flower pots in trunk. She called current renter of that car, made him aware, took my info and called me when car and flower pots made it back to dealership. She retrieved them and stowed them until I could pick them up.
