Horrible Experience We bought a brand new Mazda 2015 in 2015 from Lou Fusz. We unfortunately pre paid for several oil changes. We live in Manchester Mo. We were not told it had to be Lou Fusz to give us oil changes. There were times I tried to call and see how many oil changes I had left and would never receive a call back. Most of time if not all the time I would have to ask for a car wash when I did get an oil change. The inside was never vacuum. My husband tried to call to ask about an unnecessary $400.00 purchase that we thought was necessary at the time we bought the car. He never got a call back and just gave up. I think one time I was given an extra oil change for my inconvenience. Now I will admit the Service Manager Shawn was always nice and professional. He would do what he could to help me. But I will never recommend this Dealership.. Horrible experience!!! More

Three weeks to get a radio fixed Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at Lou Fusz Mazda. I brought in my 2016 Mazda3 on a Saturday to have my Sirius XM radio fixed, which was still u Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at Lou Fusz Mazda. I brought in my 2016 Mazda3 on a Saturday to have my Sirius XM radio fixed, which was still under warranty. They gave me a loaner car and told me that they would call later that day to let me know what work needed to be done and to give me a timeline. I didn't receive a call until several days later, and over the course of the three weeks during which they kept my car, I received only two phone calls about the car, one of which was a returned call that I had prompted. I had to make several calls inquiring what was happening with my car, most of which provided little to no information. When the car was finally ready, I went to pick it up on a Saturday, and the service technician who had been handling my car was not present, so one of the service sales associates had to try to explain why my car had been kept for three full weeks for a radio fix. I was told that the service manager would be in touch with me on Monday, as he wasn't at the dealership on the weekends, but it is now two weeks later, and no call. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with the customer service I received. The lack of communication and follow-up combined with a three week possession of my car for a radio repair leads me to recommend that future customers seek service on their cars at one of the other St. Louis Mazda dealerships. Customer service is not a priority at Lou Fusz Mazda. More
