Friendly people and good service! We had our Mazda CX-3 in for routine service this past week, and we were treated vey nicely by all the staff at the dealership! Service advisor Bruce Weaver answered all my questions concerning the scheduled and optional maintenance choices to consider with our car's current mileage (and recommended oil change intervals for synthetic oil btw), which I put to him at the time we checked in. The wait for service wasn't too long, and when we readied for payment the cashiers on duty we a delight to talk with - we actually had a lively conversation about weekend plans ahead - and our takeaway from the whole trip to Lou Fusz was a generally very pleasant experience. Now if I can convince my wife we could afford one of these powered-top, MX-5s roadsters like the one they had in the showroom, I'd really have something to "call home about"! Very happy we bought from Lou Fusz, and so far our service trips have been good experiences. More

Convenient I had an issue with a battery I purchased at Lou Fusz Nissan. After Lou Fusz Nissan closed I started going to Napleton Nissan. The battery had a lifet I had an issue with a battery I purchased at Lou Fusz Nissan. After Lou Fusz Nissan closed I started going to Napleton Nissan. The battery had a lifetime warranty. I contacted Napleton Nissan who refused to honor the warranty because the battery was purchased at Lou Fusz Nissan. This was strange because Napleton Nissan took over the phone number for Lou Fusz Nissan and originally told me all my service records had been transferred to them. When I contacted Lou Fusz Mazda they were busy however Sean was able to fit me in and honored the warranty on the battery. Because of this I will now have my car service done at Lou Fusz Mazda. More

Great service Brought our old Mazda3 in for some days worth of work and really appreciated getting a free loaner during that time. Joshua went out of his way figuring out what was wrong with the a/c that sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. He fixed up our various problems and the car feels like she has a new life and the a/c works great - whew! Big bill, but the price was reasonable for the work and parts (including all new shocks and struts, I researched the cost), staff was friendly, caring and professional. We have two Mazda3s and love them. More
