DO NOT BUY HERE! Don't go here to buy your next car. The staff is incredibly lethargic, and your time is not important to them. It took over 4 hours to purchase a car Don't go here to buy your next car. The staff is incredibly lethargic, and your time is not important to them. It took over 4 hours to purchase a car and drive off the lot, something I'm told should only take 2. They were late to every appointment I made to meet with them, and frequently unavailable when trying to contact by phone. Response times were also quite slow. I am still waiting to receive paperwork from them so I can register the new car. I was told the paperwork would arrive within 10 business days, it has been 14 and still no paperwork. For a better car buying experience, try your luck elsewhere! More

Also gives me suggestions of maintenance that may be needed soon without trying to SELL product. Also I checked out over the phone, the cashier was exceptional and very happy to assist as I had someone pick up the car for me. Everyone was great, have never had a bad experience with the service department yet. More

Brian, the Subaru service adviser greeted me by name and knew the reason for my appointment. He said it would take 45 to 60 minutes, but the work was done in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied with the service. This is the only place I take my car to when it needs service. More
