Person that checked me in was extremely rude to start. Took almost two days to do an oil change then had the nerve to try and upsell me on other services when you couldn’t get the first job done on time. Took almost two days to do an oil change then had the nerve to try and upsell me on other services when you couldn’t get the first job done on time. I am certain when they took my car they knew they weren’t going to do the work same day. Also someone went through my personal possessions in my glove box. There would be zero reason why anyone would need to access my glovebox. I feel lied to, disrespected, and deceived from start to finish. I will not be using these services in the future More
