Scheduled an appointment with the service center to have a window switch replaced and an oil change. The appointment was made a week in advance. I live 2 hours away, bit I have always use Lou Fusz for all my repairs. This was a little disappointing. I wish Shawn was back. More

The dealer applied Simoniz GlassCoat to my vehicle when I purchased it. They applied GlassCoat over bugs, and left a smear on the trunk lid that looked like they dragged a rag across it. When I brought thi purchased it. They applied GlassCoat over bugs, and left a smear on the trunk lid that looked like they dragged a rag across it. When I brought this to their attention, they said they would take care of it. Their "fix" still left bugs under the GlassCoat and they did not completely remove the smear on the trunk lid. To make matters worse, during this process they created small scratches on the hood and the trunk lid. My salesperson did not notify me when the work was done. I only knew it was completed when I contacted the Collision Center directly. More
