SOOO INCREDIBLY PLEASED with our experience with Lou Fusz Mazda. My 22-year-old daughter and I went in to shop some colors and features of a CX-5 we were looking at on-line. Abby was the sales person we Mazda. My 22-year-old daughter and I went in to shop some colors and features of a CX-5 we were looking at on-line. Abby was the sales person we were dealing with. She was very attentive to our interests as this was my daughter's first car purchase. We had been dealing with another dealership, but they did not have the color she was looking at and wasn't sure when exactly they could get the car. She was very anxious to see the colors in person, so we headed up to Lou Fusz. Upon looking at the color we originally when to see, she decided that was not what she was looking for. We were glad we saw the car in person and was able to rule that out and glad we didn't go ahead and wait for it elsewhere. Abby did show us a car she was really interested in and we sat down to talk pricing. She and her sales manager were able to come to a price very quickly and didn't even hesitate when we asked for all-weather mats to seal the deal. In the end, we got a better deal for the exact car she was looking for and a few extras thrown in. Dealing with Nichole in finance was quick and easy. She took the extra time to answer all questions my daughter asked and we were in and out in less than a half hour. We are ultimately extremely happy we took the time to go to Lou Fusz Mazda and recommend Abby for your next new car. More
