We waited 2 full hours for an oil change. I could understand that if I was a walk in, but for an appointment, it shouldn’t even take half of that. Entertaining an 18 month old for 2 hours I could understand that if I was a walk in, but for an appointment, it shouldn’t even take half of that. Entertaining an 18 month old for 2 hours in a dealership is nearly impossible. It seems like they take forever so you won’t come back and use your free oil changes. More
