We dropped our car off for service on 11/14/23 and it was finally fixed on 11/29/23. The passenger window needed the gear replaced. It is an older model CX-7, so it took some time to get the parts. We certainly understand parts issues, but the communication about what was going on with our car was horrible. My husband called repeatedly to get an update and most of the time nobody answered the phone. When someone did answer he was told the individual with that information would get back to him, but they rarely did. He finally had to resort to going to the dealership to get any answers. Even then they repeatedly missed the estimated completion date, but never bothered to reach out to us with an update. We won’t be returning to this dealership for service. More

Also, when I gave them my car music was off and heat was off, car was normal I received my car to everything being moved music BLASTING LOUD soon as I turned it on and the HEAT BLASTING SOO HARD it felt like I was in xxxx there wasn’t any good way to cool it off and the seat warmer was on like the person made them self at home in my vehicle and made me SICK to my stomach.
