Absolutely terrible. Went in for a manufacturers defect in my windshield, distorted glass equating to unclear vision/safety risk. 5k miles on the car. The defect was vetted and verified by the dealership. They’ve got to get permission from Mazda. Ok, that’s reasonable. 16 weeks I called for progress updates. Each call I was told they did not know and someone would look into it and call me back. Not one single time did I receive the promised call back. Not once. 16 weeks and a BBB complaint later…suddenly and miraculously all Lou Fusz service needs are some pictures of the car to get the windshield ordered. We dove the hour up to the shop …again .. to provide whatever images were needed. The glass is ordered and should be in on Monday. Monday passes and, on Wednesday, I call for an update. Service can’t help me, they send me to Parts. Windshield came in on Monday and, per the parts department, it is the customers responsibility to know the part is in and schedule the repair. That’s a super interesting business model. I get transferred back to Service to make the warranty repair appointment. Appointment day arrives, the windshield replacement is slotted for a 3 hour window, a loaner car was provided, and someone will call me when the work is done. 4 hours later I call for an ETA and am told that the repair has long since been completed. No one called. Am I shocked? Nope, not even a little. The finial invoice claimed a courtesy cleanup & vacuum were completed.. That didn’t happen in any way. But, my windshield was free of distortion and I’m so far past done with this place I take my car and go. Several weeks later the service dept calls back. For a customer care follow up?? Negative. Apparently, the pictures they “needed” in order to get Mazda approval…the service dept either didn’t take them in the first place or lost them. They want me to get new photos for them. Classy. This service department is either jam packed with horrifyingly incompetent staff or the customer falls at priority rock bottom in this location. Either way, I would recommend literally ANY OTHER service dept before Lou Fusz Mazda. More

I always enjoy the customer service and I believe that I have honest recommendations from the staff. A little dissatisfied with the end game this last time. I was told on the the phone that my car would be thoroughly vacuumed and it wasn't. Granted, I had returned from a trip in the woods, but I made a mention of that when I set up my appointment. I was assured it would be taken care of. It wasn't. No big deal (that was a big job) except for the mismatch in expectations and outcome. I would have preferred being either upcharged for extra vacuuming or being told that it was above paygrade. More

Appointment took much longer than expected. The team knew I was there for new tires when I made the appointment, but when I arrived they said the tires weren't there.
