Very disappointed. 1) It appears that Lou Fusz's policy is to look at your service in order to recommend service. The final bill was $176.90. I inquired about the tire rotation and balance pricing on the screen at your location and on the appt setup as $59.99 but the bill was $69.99. When I asked the lady about that she blamed it on Madza. My question to her was. Aren't you Madza. $12 plus for shop supplies for an oil change and balance. What is that about? Overall, my experience was a very sad one for a simple oil change and tire rotation with balance. What is this world coming to when people can justify simple maintenance as rocket science. I'm not opposed to making money but this is absurd. More
From the first call Shawn DeGrasso was excellent in communication and handling my transmission issues. It wasn’t easy as it was difficult to diagnose.
