Lou Fusz Mazda service center employees are the BEST! I always feel like I am getting the best attention, and I feel that the staff who are actually fixing my car do an excellent job, too. I only have to I always feel like I am getting the best attention, and I feel that the staff who are actually fixing my car do an excellent job, too. I only have to take my CX5 in for maintenance a few times a year, but I go to Lou Fusz instead of the other guys because I know I'll get better service! They went out of the way to provide a loaner car for an extended repair, and then sent videos of work accomplished. Great idea! More

When I test drove the car I wanted there was a strange sound at 60 mph. Moe on the sales team and Stephanie at the service center made sure the issue was completely fixed and my car was in perfect conditi sound at 60 mph.
