Service Department was awesome! I discovered my car had a coolant leak. I called Lou Fusz and the got me in right away. The service department team was awesome! They found the problem and got it fixed within 24 hours (I have a Ford Escape so they had to order the part). John kept me up-to-date on the process and the price was reasonable! Scheduling was easy as usual. Shawn was very helpful. You guys didn't have a lot of loaner cars, so I had to come back the next day for repair. Satnav system card problems Nicole was wonderful in testing my memory card and replacing it to be able to upgrade the satnav system. When I picked up my vehicle after service, John asked the porter to bring up my vehicle and for the porter to be sure it had been washed. I took the car through a car wash and while drying the car found the old windshield wiper blades sitting under the newly installed wiper blades; the source of the rattling sound. I called John to inform of the fact that the porter had not washed my car and to tell him about the wiper blades. John was very apologetic and said he would have the service manager call me the next day when she returned to work. I haven’t heard from her. More
