Great service in difficult times I scheduled service for my CX5. Because of the social distancing orders, I was able to take advantage of the concierge service for pickup and return o I scheduled service for my CX5. Because of the social distancing orders, I was able to take advantage of the concierge service for pickup and return of my vehicle. It was a great comfort to see a familiar face from the service department arrive at my home. We had a pleasant exchange ( I think he was happy to see me, too) and the drove away in my car. A few hours later the same rep returned my car, freshly washed and vacuumed. I think it looked even better than when I have taken it in for service in the regular way.
