I was on my way to a doctor appointment when I started having trouble with my car, which hadn't been driven for awhile. Luckily I was nearing the Mazda service center and pulled into the shop. As I suspected, I needed a new battery--as well as a loaner car to get to my appointment. Julie quickly explained my repair options and got my loaner paperwork underway. I was out in record time driving a very different car than my own, but I made it to the appointment on time knowing that Lou Fusz Madza would take care of my Mazda3 as they have always done, and it would be ready when I returned. I took my CX5 in for new tires. The wrong size tires had been ordered by mistake. I received a loaner car and a very nice price for tires and an alignment.
