I will reiterate my recent experience at Lou Fusz Mazda and their Service Department. About 6 months after I purchased my 2015 Mazda 3 SGT (certified pre-owner), I had it in for a routine oil change. The service employee (D.R.) mentioned that the Mazda 3’s were known for having problems with the serpentine belt tensioner. He asked if I wanted to have them look at it. He/they did and he informed me they noticed a slight drip, but nothing serious enough to warrant changing it at that point. Here’s the important part: My car was still under warranty (CPO), and the service rep told me he would make a note in my file that they noticed the defective part, and that since my car was under warranty when they detected it, I could have it replaced AT NO COST when/if it did go bad. I remember thinking that was great customer service and how pleased I was that he had done that for me. Fast forward to last week. I was in for another oil change (there were others in between), and I asked them to look at the serpentine belt tensioner again. The rep (J) told me my car wasn’t under warranty and even tried to tell me my car wasn’t under warranty when the other Lou Fusz employee made the note in my records about the warranty work for that part. I tried to explain they my car was in fact under warranty, but she wasn’t hearing it. Worse yet, she told me that part was now defective and the repair cost is $300. I’m asking Lou Fusz Mazda to make this right and follow up on the promise that one of their employees made to me. Seems like a simple thing, yet no one from Lou Fusz has called me back - despite several attempts to contact management. There are no violations of the “prohibited language” clause in this review. I’ve checked (again). More

Extremely Pleased My Heating core in my CX5 was experiencing internal problems. I had completed all my maintenance as schedule.
