My battery died and I couldn't drive to the dealership, so I was able to get an appointment for the end of the day and arranged to have my car towed t My battery died and I couldn't drive to the dealership, so I was able to get an appointment for the end of the day and arranged to have my car towed there. I was all set up with my loaner car before the tow truck driver finished parking my car, he was impressed! Was able to get my car there, in a loaner and back to work within my lunch break. More

I feel I was mislead regarding the total cost.Julie showed me the estimate and pointed to $1200.. I didn’t realize this was a subtotal. The total was on back of the paper$2200! Shawn was great the next day and gave me some discount because of the misunderstandings. I think it would be helpful to sign the estimate where the TOTAL is. I probably won’t come back, I don’t really trust that all that was proposed was needed. More
