Efficient and Effective As soon as I stepped in the area, I was acknowledged and assisted. The paperwork was quickly processed for my signature then I was escorted to the wai As soon as I stepped in the area, I was acknowledged and assisted. John gave me a very good estimate on how long I would have to wait and informed me that the drinks and snacks were complementary. During the wait, I recieved a text from John suggwsting that I save the number to use if I had any questions about my car or the service. Shorter than the wait-estimate, John came back to escort me to my car which had been fixed and washed. Everything about the service was wonderful. I was treated like royalty. More
