Terrible customer service sums it all up. I purchased my wife’s car from Lou Fusz a year ago. The sales side is fantastic but the service department is terrible. Every time I t sums it all up. Every time I take the car in for an oil change or repairs they either don’t get completed or you have to wait till a service adviser decides to pull your ticket and complete it. As a customer you are a bother to the service advisors Once they have your vehicle and they have zero customer service skills. More

Online, I can see other owners complaining about the slow-speed throttle response, but dealership hasn't had other complaints and Mazda hasn't provided a recognition or suggested fix. Driving today, waiting to make a left turn when oncoming traffic cleared - pushed on accelerator and nothing happened (engine did not speed up for a couple of seconds), so problem remains. Barely crossed the two lanes before oncoming cars approached. So, I'm disappointed and will need to try a different service facility or buy a different make of car. On the positive side, I was generously provided a loaner car free of charge and I was not charged for the diagnosis. For past routine service, I have been pleased. More

Deceptive Practices i purchased my Jeep on October 12 and 2 short weeks later a service light came on saying “service 4 wheel drive” I called my salesman who connected me i purchased my Jeep on October 12 and 2 short weeks later a service light came on saying “service 4 wheel drive” I called my salesman who connected me to service and told me to bring it in that day (October 30). I was put in contact with Julie, my service advisor. Julie didn’t return my calls. I was told i wasn’t getting a loaner which was unacceptable to me. When I Finally did get a loaner it was because I kept calling to get updates on my Jeep bc I didn’t have a vehicle to drive. Stan called me Monday, November 4 and told me it’s the transfer case and that the 30 day warranty doesn’t cover the repair. I drove up with my loaner to get my Jeep that day. On my way up I got a service text showing that the fluid in the transfer case was “burned black” meaning it had been like that before I even bought it. There was no proper multipoint inspection of my vehicle done. Had they done the inspection properly, they would have known about the transfer case and made the needed repairs before selling the vehicle. More
