Whether it is routine service or handling of unscheduled emergency situations like I just experienced, they do not miss a beat. Julie and John are strong team leaders. Ron always assists with the loaner car and making sure that I understand the terms and how to properly operate the vehicle. I did not get the opportunity to interact with my service technician one-on-one but I can tell you that Julie was in constant communication with him. He was able to address the immediate damage that I had incurred and went above and beyond locating parts that are no longer available. This team does not use the word no. Instead, it is let me see what is possible. They epitomize what world-class service looks like in action. More

Service I have taken my car for service for the past 2 years and haven’t had any issues until the last week. I was disappointed in the attention to detail. Cabin filter changed and dash area left unclipped. Windshield wipers changed and protectors left on so when I went to use them they didn’t work. I pulled over got out of car and found the problem...protectors pulled off then I was in business. Overall I haven’t had problems in the past but was a little frustrated for the $ I spend to have my car cared for. More

It’s the details that are letting them down My car has been serviced by Fusz for 144000 (yes, ten years) miles since I bought it from them. The font of house service team are great, the courtesy vehicles are appreciated, but the technicians seem incapable of putting the right amount of oil in the car, not once, but time after time. Another example, they wash the car, but it isn’t clean (it is cleaner than it was, but not clean). As to price, $1000 for a major service seems ridiculous. This isn’t a Mercedes! Love the service front of house, not a huge fan of the service folks (although they have done me some solids over the years), but not a fan of the price. More
