The service I had done was a routine oil change. In the process a problem with my battery was detected and it was replaced. My only complaint is as the time it took. With a scheduled appointment it should not take 2 1/2 hours. They knew I was waiting. The explanation was about the battery issue needing two separate tests. However one can go to numerous places around town where the oil change take 30 minutes. Did it really need to take 2 hours to run checks and replace a battery? More
