Poor service Horrible , I bought a car that was said to have a 150 point inspection, well it had ripped in leather door ,glove box broken handle , dirty all the wa Horrible , I bought a car that was said to have a 150 point inspection, well it had ripped in leather door ,glove box broken handle , dirty all the way around besides they did vacuum it. Chips in paint . Crack in dash board . Took it in twice to get fixed was told it was a curtisy that they fixed the 300 dollar glove box for me and the leather they fixed has ripples in it and looks like it doesn't belong on there . The paint and headlights look good paint looked like nail polish with orange tint they fixed 97% of the chips , check engine light was on but they forgot to check it . Cup holders were disgusting there was chewed candy inside arm rest . Second visit the manager took care of the fixes . So if this is how the management thinks its ok to sell used cars then this lot is in big trouble . I would not recommend this place at all I think the service dept and their associated people the detailers and leather upholstery people are crap. He did offer to pay the 100 dollar warranty deductible to get the check engine light off. So nice since I paid about 1500 over going dealer rate in area also 20 % interest rate and had to purchase a 2500 dollar warranty which was probably the best investment since windows need to be fixed which they ignored that request all together also door won't lock all the time . If I could do all over again I would of left when the sales guy lied about the 1 owner then car fax said it has had 4!!! More

Fast easy service I arrived 30 minutes early for my 6000 mile service, they were able to get me in and out quickly. Everyone was very nice and friendly. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Really the new facility and a NEW improved attitude over the old facility. Very generous with use of a loaner car. And I have actually saved money by having the service done with Lou Fusz as opposed to other Subaru dealers, other chains such as Dobbs and independent. Lou Fusz does the work right the FIRST time. Keeping my 7 year old Subaru Outback humming along. More

Love this service department I no longer have a Subaru but still choose to use this service center of all of the LouFusz center for how friendly everyone is. Friendly service, a couple hiccups I scheduled my appointment online and ordered tires as well. For some reason, the tire order was logged but did not get ordered and shipped to the loc I scheduled my appointment online and ordered tires as well. For some reason, the tire order was logged but did not get ordered and shipped to the location. However, Chris was great in helping to get that resolved. He was able to locate tires with comparable prices and tire ratings so I did not have to come back another day to do the replacement. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what type of service my vehicle needed and the cost. The waiting area is really terrific. It makes the time pass much more comfortably. My only complaint is that a rattle I was hoping to get fixed did not get fixed (they thought it might be caused by a loose heat shield and told me they tightened some screws. The rattle was still there when I drove home so I’ll have to schedule another appointment. But to be fair, it seems like an odd issue that’s more annoyance than problematic) More
