He helped me custom order a brand new Subaru Impreza that fit my preferences perfectly. Hunter was amazing with his communication, thanked me with personalized videos after each of our interactions, kept me updated on my car while it was being built, and really went above and beyond. I drove all the way from Louisville to St. Louis to pick up my car. Doing business with Hunter has been one of the best car buying experiences. I left feeling confident and comfortable in my new Impreza. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone!! More
Recall repair I brought my Forester in or a recall repair of the passenger side airbag. I scheduled the repair for a Saturday morning at 7:30am and mentioned that I brought my Forester in or a recall repair of the passenger side airbag. I scheduled the repair for a Saturday morning at 7:30am and mentioned that I was planning to wait for the repair. The person making the appointment said it should be two hours for the repair. When I arrived for the repair, the service technician said since they have fewer technicians on Saturday, the repair could take all day. He said the technician would start on the car right away and they would let me know a more accurate completion time. After about an hour, they said it could take a few more hours, so I was offered a loaner car at no charge for the day. The car was then ready to be picked up around 12pm that day. It worked out ok since I could get the loaner car. It probably would have been more helpful ti know the repair could last an entire day and to have just picked up the loaner car from the start. More

I have been having my 2014 serviced there for years and have always had a good experience. My only complaint would be that the lot and layout of the driveways are very tight and crowded They really needed a bigger footprint for this nice new facility. Customer service is always excellent. The root problem remained unidentified, so they suggested I contact the Lou Fusz counterpart in Creve Coeur since they have more equipment to deal with a Subaru issue. The Creve Coeur service department was very helpful, even though the exact cause has not been definitively identified. No charges were incurred on the 2 separate visits. Recommended improvements... 1) I was not informed of their new location when I made the 1st appointment. 2) There is limited parking, & it's not clear where a customer should safely park upon arrival for servicing. Poor service Horrible , I bought a car that was said to have a 150 point inspection, well it had ripped in leather door ,glove box broken handle , dirty all the wa Horrible , I bought a car that was said to have a 150 point inspection, well it had ripped in leather door ,glove box broken handle , dirty all the way around besides they did vacuum it. Chips in paint . Crack in dash board . Took it in twice to get fixed was told it was a curtisy that they fixed the 300 dollar glove box for me and the leather they fixed has ripples in it and looks like it doesn't belong on there . The paint and headlights look good paint looked like nail polish with orange tint they fixed 97% of the chips , check engine light was on but they forgot to check it . Cup holders were disgusting there was chewed candy inside arm rest . Second visit the manager took care of the fixes . So if this is how the management thinks its ok to sell used cars then this lot is in big trouble . I would not recommend this place at all I think the service dept and their associated people the detailers and leather upholstery people are crap. He did offer to pay the 100 dollar warranty deductible to get the check engine light off. So nice since I paid about 1500 over going dealer rate in area also 20 % interest rate and had to purchase a 2500 dollar warranty which was probably the best investment since windows need to be fixed which they ignored that request all together also door won't lock all the time . If I could do all over again I would of left when the sales guy lied about the 1 owner then car fax said it has had 4!!! More
Fast easy service I arrived 30 minutes early for my 6000 mile service, they were able to get me in and out quickly. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
