Matt was my sales guy. He was Super easy to work with, answered my questions, and was just overall a great guy to deal with. Business has to make money. Very pleased with my Avalon! First, I want to say how much I appreciate Jim Donohue. I don't find the car-buying experience pleasant. And, as I've gotten older (I'm 69), I find First, I want to say how much I appreciate Jim Donohue. I don't find the car-buying experience pleasant. And, as I've gotten older (I'm 69), I find it even less pleasant. But, Jim guided me gently through the whole process....even when I got grumpy with him! He was always the perfect gentleman and took the time to explain everything to me. I keep cars forever...literally...I kept one for 41 years before I gave it to my nephew last year; and I still have a Lexus LS that's 26 years old! So, I was very picky in purchasing my new Avalon. Jim Donahue was wonderful! And the other folks at Lou Fusz were so nice, too. I very much appreciated Bill McKeown's excellent service when I did my final paperwork with him. He and I shared stories of our love for old cars. That was a treat! But, I still have to credit Jim Donahue for this sale. Bill McKeown only had to deal to deal with me for about an hour. Jim Donahue had to deal with me for several months! I am not an easy customer! I would definitely recommend Lou Fusz.
