I got the best price in the Mid West and it was simple and quick to make the purchase. Chelsea kept me informed on a weekly basis about the status of my truck order and arrival and once it arrived, Jim, Bill and Nathan made sure I had everything I needed and made the entire process simple and quick. They also gave me the best deal on my 2016 Land Cruiser that I traded in. All in all, a great experience and I really appreciated the way they made me feel. More

Incorrect depiction of the maintenance agreement. Mr. Pitchford did respond to my email, but not to the complete letter that I subsequently mailed. When I contacted Toyota customer service, the man explained that the agreement did not cover my damaged part, so I paid to repair the item. The troubling issue remaining in my mind is that I do not think that Mr. Pitchford believed me. But it is unlikely that two elderly retired teachers and long time Lou Fusz customers would create an elaborate story. More troubling for Mr. Pitchford, it seems to me, is that we did not demand much of anything other than greater clarity and a trusting working relationship. I believe that he should have followed up on our concerns and responded appropriately. It is not my intention to over react to this incident. We love the Highlander and hope to have a positive relationship with Lou Fusz Toyota in the years to come. But please consider that $2500 is a lot of money to spend for a product that was falsely presented. More
