At Lou Fusz I was able to get the total price I would pay before visiting the dealership. The salesperson helping me, Alex Abramson, also sent me videos of the specific car I was interested in before I visited the dealership. After arriving at the dealership, Alex had the snow cleared off the vehicle and inside waiting for my test drive. There were no surprises or high pressure and the sales process was efficient.
