Just purchased a car from Lou Fusz. It was the best priced 2015 Subaru Impreza I had found. Rick Summerfield was my salesman but more like a helper...there was no pressure to buy, he just was very helpful and educated in my questions as he had a lot of car experience. He helped me set up my cell phone pairing with the car’s Bluetooth device and pre-programmer my radio stations....I say helped me but he actually did it all saving me a lot of time. The trade in I received for my own vehicle was right in line with what I expected. All the cars on the lot were detailed, cleaned and very appropriately priced. There were several I could have been interested in. I also purchased a fairly priced 5 year/40,000 bumper to bumper warranty. I was also able to pre-reserve or hold the vehicle with a refundable deposit while it was being detailed before it went on the lot giving me the first option to see and purchase it. I would definitely return again to this dealership and ask for Rick Summerfield to help me out or look for a vehicle for me. It was a very simple and pleasant experience. More
