Surprisingly easy I've avoided car dealerships for the last couple of decades but finally decided it was time to bite the bullet and go.... there was a really nice Priu I've avoided car dealerships for the last couple of decades but finally decided it was time to bite the bullet and go.... there was a really nice Prius I had my eye on there. We stopped by on a Friday late afternoon and I expected to be immediately approached by a pushy salesman, but that was not the case! We saw the Prius, looked it over, and then had to go inside to FIND a salesman. It was such a laid back place, I really wasn't expecting that. Roger was great, the whole process was painless. It's still not a quick process, but we were able to drive home with our new Prius that evening. I would recommend Lou Fusz and Roger Heffernan to everyone. You'll be stunned, but it's a happy stunned. I would give everyone more than five stars if I could. More

My 4th Avalon from Lou fusz I have bought four Avalons from LouFusz. I dealt with Warren Becker on the first three but when I went to buy the fourth one I found Warren had r I have bought four Avalons from LouFusz. I dealt with Warren Becker on the first three but when I went to buy the fourth one I found Warren had retired so I was assigned a new salesman - Mike Roche. I was somewhat apprehensive but dealing with Mike was a very good experience and we arrived at a non combative win-win deal. By the time I signed on the dotted line I trusted Mike like I had trusted Warren and although I am 85 and probably on my last car if I'm lucky and have to buy one more Avalon I will definitely buy jt from Mike Roche!! More

The only problem I had was that the finance guy added on a small amount of money to my monthly payments AFTER we had agreed on a sum and shook hands on it. He did so without letting me know and he tried to get by with this without me noticing. It was a relatively small amount of money, but he never should have done that. George Hobbs, the gentleman who sold me my car, is very nice, helpful, and pleasant to work with. More
