Great Service, Got me out of a xxx RAM I purchased a Ram from a competing dealer group. The Ram was a piece of junk with an operational flaw that the other dealer (awfulberg) failed to fix I purchased a Ram from a competing dealer group. I came to the resale lot of Lou Fusz after a web search for my ideal 4Runner. I pinned the right one down which led me to Lou Fusz. I secured my own financing, but Guy Taylor and Joe Whitacre thought we could do better. They put in the work to find a better lender, but mine won overall. I did reluctantly buy into the Toyotacare offered by Guy, but since I found a truck I'm happy with I think its worth it in the long run. Thanks also to Rick Summerfield for having patience. Oh, and Joe, when transferring plates, the one with the stickers goes on the back. More

There was never any pressure and the test drive was not limited or structured in any way. There was also no hesitation in saying yes when I asked to take the car to an independent inspection prior to purchase.
