First-Time Experience at Lou Fusz was great! Using the internet, I found a pre-owned vehicle I was interested in seeing and test driving. I submitted the online inquiry and even though it was a Using the internet, I found a pre-owned vehicle I was interested in seeing and test driving. I submitted the online inquiry and even though it was a Sunday, 5 minutes later I got a call back from Joe Gustafson! I hadn't expected that so it was a nice surprise to get a response so quickly.. I went to the lot the following morning and the car was detailed in pristine condition and ready to go. Joe gave me a great route to follow for the test drive which I appreciated since I don't live in that part of town. The car was everything I was looking for so I knew by the time the test drive was over that I would buy it. Joe helped me contact my insurance company so they could email him a copy of my insurance card. Guy Taylor took time to explain the additional warranties available and what they would and wouldn't cover. Both gentlemen were professional, pleasant, and patient. Joe took time to point out some of the features before I drove the car off the lot. I left a happy camper. My first-time experience with Lou Fusz was a great one! More

My salesman Joe Gustafson was the best, he was extremely busy with multiple customers; but i understand th I had a great experience @ this dealership. Outstanding Group of Sales People Jim Donohue did an outstanding job helping us to get the best car at the best cost. I was also impressed with how the sales people worked together in Jim Donohue did an outstanding job helping us to get the best car at the best cost. I was also impressed with how the sales people worked together in helping each other to avoid customer wait time. Even when things popped up at the last minute, Jim knew what to do and took care of it immediately. Everything was "yes we can" rather than "maybe". I would want to work with Jim again. The one suggestion I would make is for Toyota to handle add ones in a better manner than requiring the financial person to hit it to you at the last minute in the sale. These add ones should be documented and given to the customer in advance so the customer doesn't have to make a quick last minute decision. An example would be a service contract. More

Within 10 minutes of my inquiry I received a call and text from Cody. Having already test drove at another dealer I knew exactly what I wanted. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock, but Cody found it locally. In addition I had a monthly payment cap and Cody delivered on that too. Super nice guy. One of the few authentic salesmen I’ve come acrossed. There are many that could learn from him. He never over promised or under delivered. He did exactly what he said he would do. The finance area was very conscious about our time and worked to get sub processed as quickly as possible. There is opportunity to engage with the customer on added features and warranties prior to at signing. It felt very high pressured to make a costly snap decision. This information should be presented early on to give customers the opportunity to consider it as part of their financial planning. More
