Tim Winters turned out to be a great salesman, seemed to be very knowledgeable, and didn't rush us. He said that the process normally takes about 3 hours, but it was a busy day, and a holiday. Here I was in the market for a used Honda Civic and test drove a car at Lou Fusz Toyota. I didn't buy a car from them, but I'm still leaving a review. Here's why. I originally reached out about their used Civic and got a response immediately from Emmanuel. He offered to answer any questions and schedule a test drive. The next day he sent me a personalized video he recorded walking through all the features of the car. I know it was personalized because he actually mentioned me by name in it. When I went to the dealership Emmanuel was equally as helpful. He answered all my questions and at the end of the day was incredibly supportive in my decision to buy elsewhere. In my opinion, Emmanuel was everything that you would want to have in a car salesman. He was upfront, honest and helpful, without the pushiness that you find in a lot of car salesmen. I would encourage anyone in the market for a car to talk with him. Even if you don't buy, he will still point you in the right direction. More
