Painless Experience I never enjoy shopping for or purchasing a vehicle, but the experience at Lou Fusz Toyota was not bad at all. It took more than six weeks from my fir I never enjoy shopping for or purchasing a vehicle, but the experience at Lou Fusz Toyota was not bad at all. It took more than six weeks from my first visit to the dealership until I finally purchased a vehicle. A fair deal We committed to buying a 2006 4Runner sight unseen although we live more than 400 miles from the dealership. It was unnerving committing to a vehicle in such a fashion but we were encouraged by the service department's vehicle check, the carfax report, and the online reviews of the dealership. Chelsea was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering my questions and even dug up service records for the vehicle for me. Frankie was also friendly and direct, also helping out by sending us videos and photos of the car and answering all questions promptly. Travis in finance didn't pressure us regarding any of the optional insurance coverages. That being said, we're now home and had our hometown Toyota dealer inspect the vehicle- and a few things came up. Nothing major but certainly things they would've seen in their review in St Louis (emergency break needs work, a faulty "low tire pressure" sensor and only 1 key for example)- and we would've appreciated some transparency regarding their inspection and these optional fixes. That being said, we would confidently buy from this dealership again. #frankiejcarguy More

Because I've been a Lou Fusz customer for a number of years, I wanted to stay within the network. I explored my options and decided on a Toyota. My first visit to the dealership was surprising, I was not approached by a salesman as soon as I entered. I browsed a bit then Cody Cox asked if he could assist me. I test drove a Rav4, Cody presented features, prices and perks then I left. I returned a couple weeks later and test drove a Camry the same items were discussed but the vehicle I was interested in was not in yet. Cody kept me updated on the status.
